Celestial’s bright star is Oluwatobi Awosika. Tobi is a young man that has taken a craft as a Barber to the streets of Skid Row. For those that are not familiar with Skid Row, it is approximately 55 blocks filled with homelessness, poverty, substance abuse addicts, and prostitution. Around Skid row, you have several multimillion-dollar buildings, including The Staples Center home of both The Los Angeles Lakers and Clippers, The Nokia Center, and The Fashion and Flower District. Just over 100 days ago, the United States had its first case of the Coronavirus, better known as COVID-19. All normal things came to an end. We were forced to be quarantined. Many lost their lives, many lost their jobs, and people of all ages had to come to terms with their mortality. Schools abruptly came to an end; teens missed out on opportunities to attend their proms, grad night, and graduation. Even our place of worship was no longer accessible.
